Hello folks, how about a Theme every month - Our Bollywood offers many many themes / situations on which the songs are based. And each theme has thousands of songs !

To avoid monotony, we shall change the theme on the First of every Calender Month. He / She who posts the first song on First of the month will with his /her song decide the theme of the month and we shall post songs accordingly.

Being the initiator, yours truly takes the liberty of deciding the Theme for JULY 2008.

It is Rain or Barsaat or Sawan . The Mukhada or the first stanza may have suitable wordings.

ke rimjhim ke, geet sawan gaye, haye,
bhigi bhigi, raato mein.

ke hoto pe, naam tera aye, aye,
bhigi bhigi, raato mein.

1. Barsat mein hum se mile tum sajan tumse mile hum barsat mein,. tak dhina dhin.

2. Barkha rani, zara jham ke barso, mera dilbar ja na paye, jhum kar barso.

KALI GHATA CHHAYI, PREM RITU AYI,
AYI AYI AYI AYI TERI YAAD AYI.

Barkha raani, zara tham ke barso,

mere pi, ajay toh fir jham ke tum barso,

barsaat mein jab ayega sawan ka mahina,
sajan ko bana lungi ANGUTHI KA NAGINA ( whatever that means )

badraaa.... chhaye, badraaa.... chhaye, ke jhume parbat haye .... aya sawan jhum ke, aya sawan jhum ke.

sawan aya, baadal aye, mere piya, nahi aye

( u think jeisi is desperate ? i have 2 motives for firing these posts :

1. Being initiator, it's my moral duty to see the month ends with decent no. of posts on a gr8 topic.
2. I am motivating ( read proviking ) others to post here. )
