well my internet wasnt functioning for the last week or so..so cudnt come on the forum..
i purchased the cd yesterday and i am writting this without reading a single comment from any1 on the net..

1.tujh me rab dikhta hai-salim suleiman had said that this wud be an iconic song..so i was expecting something like khnhs title track..well after abt 3 hearings i wud say i like it..but definitely not in the league of khnh..somewhere near kank..it is certainly melodious..but doesnt have that deep impact..may be the lyrics cud have been better..still it may grow on me..

2.haule haule-i had heard this song before but in poor quality..didnt like it then..and now too i have mixed feelings abt it..it sounds nice..but not quite up there with yashrajs standards..definitely not bad though..

3.dance pe chance-heard this song only once or twice..its peppy..i think i may like this..will have to give it more hearings to form a concrete opinion

4.tujh me rab dikhta hai-i think shreyas voice definitely suits this song much more than roop kumar rathod..like this version more wish it was longer..

5.phir milenge chalte chalte-awesome..best song of the album and a sureshot chartbuster..this is the song where srk is going to pay a tribute to the older stars..cant wait for the video..loved it after the first hearing itself..

6.dance mix-just heard it once..its alright..


overall i wud say its a good album and i am hoping it will grow on me..but dont think it will reach to that classic position..

i really liked haule haule

i think this is one album which is made exactly keeping in mind the movie story and setting..no 'meant to b chartbusters' songs here..just whats needed for situations..so even if u ddnt like them that much now, it may change once u see it on screen..for example haule haule playing with that cute promo was very well recieved i thot..

i love all the 4..lovely lyrics and a lot od simplicity..also very clever writing in case of the dancepa chance and phir milenge..one describes the dance steps and other a medley of all the famous lyrics with the music..just waiting to see the picturisation!!

very disappointing album!

liked yuvraaj a bit, but nothing special this year!

Tujhme rab dikhta hai----its an average melodious song....some people seem to really like it but I don't think its more than average song...forget about KHNH, I will rate it even below than Kank's track....roop kumar rathod doesn't suit the song....everytime he only reminds how classic Tere Liye from VZ was....may be KK or Sonu should have sung this one...3/5


Haule Haule---easily the chartbuster and best song of the album...I think its already a big hit....its quite addictive and I think picturisation of the song also helps....4/5


Dance Pe Chance---an average dance track and similar to what you get every now and then from vishal shekhar....3/5


Phir milenge chalte chalte---pretty good fun song....sung beautifully by Sonu nigam...3.5/5

Leave other two tracks...what are they for?


Overall its average album (3/5) and not bad...blame also goes for basically having only 4 songs...the album gets over much faster than you think....but disappointing considering yashraj-srk combo and that too for a romantic flick...and that too coming after classic album of veer zara
