Hi guys.... Im back in delhi.. or should i say.. back to forum...

it was a wonderful place,.... must say, in my life, i havent visited a place like this before.. where can u see such a place in India where u can live amongst the mountains, sea, beach ,backwaters and a forest reserve... i managed to visit all the places within 6 days time.... and one helluva experience.. though the only regret i have is travelling too much.,. must have covered over 700 kms.. it was tiring at times

Loved Munnar.. what a lovely place////took lots of photographs.. got some original tea too

Cochin is okay.. like any other city.. though less in area, and pollution - which is a good thing about it

Tekdi is the forest reserve.. loved the natural surroundings... saw hers of elephants while boating... and there were too many monkeys around the hotel.. sitting on windows and all

the experience of staying in a houseboat was just amazing.. too good.. have never experienced anything like this before.. too beautiful.. so natural.. though after dark.. when it was time to sleep i was a little scared..

went to kanyakumari as well... it felt good to be at the last point of the subcontinent.. but thats about it.. didnt like the place much..

Overall I loved Kerala... one of the best placed i have ever visited.. people i came across were so polite and so well behaved and cultured.. nothing fake about them.. peecee u r lucky to stay in a place like this.. amongst the natural surroundings...

I didnt find language as a problem.. most of them can understand hindi though they may not speak so well... they speak english well.. almost everyone i cam across knew english.. whether it was the houseboat crew or any shopkeeper.... became quite friendly with many of them....

wow..i am so happy!!even if u wernt my guest, i was a lil nervous how u wud find the place!

so, now u know why i love it here and dont want to move anywher else hehe

yeah.. I guess so.. even when i came back to delhi, it was so noisy and big and congested comparatively... mera mood kharab ho gaya tha

we got rain.. but not much.. at lkeast not when we were sightseeing..

and even if there was , it was too little..

i loved the food as well.. cocniut water and kerala friend, malabari fish were my favs...

heat is only beginning now..its hot during days, rain in evenings and cool nights now..till say january
then it will b hot all thru day and night till may..bt nothing like famous delhi heat..its managable with umbrella,sunscreen and cotton clothes

I hardly saw any Bollywood posters.. except Drona and Karz... maybe its coz of no good movies releasing!

well bollywood is as popular as will get a major release in one theatre in a city..then ther will b posters aplenty..wait till RNBDJ come out

no dear! But colors is listed in the programme list although it isnt yet telecasted to Maldives! I can get E Channel now and I enjoy those hollywood stories!
